1. What type of information do we collect?


In order to provide the abev.ai Services, we need to process information about you and others with whom you interact or if you use their personal information. The types of information we collect depends on how you use our Services. You can learn how to access and delete the information we collect by visiting Account Settings in your abev.ai user profile.

Things you and others do and provide

The information and content you provide. We collect content, communications, and other information that you provide when you use our Services, including when you register for an account, create, post, or comment on calendar posts on abev.ai.

Your use of. We collect information about how you use our Services, such as what features or functions you use, what actions you take, and the time, location, and frequency of such use.

Information about transactions made on our products. If you are in charge of your abev.ai subscription, we collect information about payments and transactions. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, other account information, and verification information; and billing, shipping, and contact information.

Things others do and information they provide about you. We also analyze the content, communications, and information that other users provide about you. This may include information such as when other users send you posts for approval or mention you in a comment on a post.

Device information

As described below, we collect information from and about the computers and phones that are connected to and use our Services. For example, we use the information we collect to better understand which features are or are not important to you, or to help us quickly identify a problem you may encounter with any abev.ai feature and to secure your account from unauthorized access.

Such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in providing innovative Services to our users and partners.

3. How do we protect your information?


Our website is regularly checked for security holes and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as secure as possible.

Your personal information is stored on secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of people who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

Any sensitive information you provide (your phone, credit card, paypal authorization) is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

How do we protect your billing information? (credit card, paypal authorization... etc.)

We do not store or process any credit card or PayPal authorization information on our servers. All credit card and PayPal authorization information is stored and processed within a service known as the credit card payment gateway, which is managed by Braintree.

The abev.ai website is SAQ A compliant and authorized, i.e., credit card processing is fully outsourced to Braintree Payments and is provided in abev.ai via iFrame.


4. How is this information shared?


We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties unless we inform users in advance. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to our users, unless those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also disclose information when disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.

Within the abev.ai Services The people and accounts you share and interact with: When you use our Services, you choose who has access to the content you manage. For example, when you add a social media profile, you select the people who have access to that social media profile, you can select or restrict the permissions of such people by either allowing them to create and manage content or just oversee the content they create.

We work with third-party partners to help us provide and improve our Services. We do not and will never sell any of your information to anyone. This includes the right to object to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, which you can exercise by using the "unsubscribe" link in such marketing communications.
